2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our services:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Changes to completed orders and projects, such as amendments to anchor texts and target URLs, may incur an administration fee, subject to the discretion of the CrawlCats Support team.
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
3. Limitation of Liability
CrawlCats shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the client or third-party websites, including direct, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or claims arising from the use of our services.
Clients assume all risks associated with using CrawlCats services, including the potential impact of link building activities on search engine rankings.
4. Non-Disclosure
While CrawlCats does not sign individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for every client, we treat all client information with full Non-Disclosure respect. We guarantee not to disclose any confidential information to third parties except to authorized personnel necessary for the provision of our services.
5. Restrictions
CrawlCats reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for websites in illegal or offensive industries. This includes but is not limited to illegal content, products, services, hateful or objectionable content, cruelty towards animals, and content found to be objectionable.
Prescription drugs, gambling or casinos, and adult content orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis but must be treated separately from typical online order forms.
6. Email Communication
By utilizing our services, you agree to receive emails from CrawlCats, which may include order notifications, system updates, new services, offers, or educational material.
7. Jurisdiction
All parties agree that any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims.
8. Subscriptions – Subscribe & Save
If you subscribe to our Subscribe & Save credit subscription, you may cancel at any time. No refunds will be provided for unused credits added to your subscription. Unused credits will remain available in your account after cancellation.
